Embarking on my career coaching journey was a natural progression after spending 27 years in various customer-facing IT roles within the aviation industry. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to mentor a colleague, guiding them toward gaining admission to Oxford University and successfully completing an MBA. This experience sparked a realisation of my passion for supporting others in achieving their goals.

When a voluntary redundancy opportunity arose, I made the bold decision to leave the corporate industry behind and explore alternative customer-facing roles. It was during this time that a friend introduced me to a coaching seminar, which immediately caught my attention due to its alignment with my strong interpersonal skills and previous mentoring success. Intrigued by the world of coaching, I delved deeper into the qualifications required and engaged in numerous conversations.

Ultimately, I committed to an intensive 18-month full-time accreditation program immersing myself in the learning process. The culmination of my hard work, dedication, and continuous growth resulted in obtaining my accreditation in the coaching industry, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Since then, I have built a robust network of like-minded friends, colleagues, and clients, and launched my own Premier-Coaching business, where I continue to empower individuals to achieve their aspirations.
